Each order will be processed and shipped after payment has been confirmed and authorized.
All orders are shipped USPS first class mail.

Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped within Texas.

Each item is hand painted by Michelle in her home studio.
Michelle uses water based acrylic paint and varnish. Both paint and varnish are non-toxic.
They are water resistant but not water prooof. Please do not soak items in water and take
care not to wear items when bathing or swimming. Spot clean if necessary. Decoupage items are also made by Michelle.
These items take lots of glue and patience but its really fun and messy.

The design of most items are painted or drawn freehand by Michelle. Some items are both hand painted
and stamped. Michelle uses purchased stamps or custom designed stamps drawn by her for design
consistency for certain sets of items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the item within 30 days of purchase.
No refunds after 30 days, however you may exchange items up to 90 days.
The original receipt/invoice must accompany the return or exchange.Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returned or exchanged items must be in original condition. This applies to both retail and wholesale orders.

Please allow at least two weeks to produce and ship custom items. An email will be sent with an estimation of lead time.

Gift wrapping is free and available by request.

Wholesale orders are welcome.
To qualify as a wholesale customer, you must be purchasing items for resale or to be incorporated in an item that is to be resold AND you must have a tax ID number, a federal EIN number or a business registration number.
